Sohrab Mirmont is an Iranian-American filmmaker and a graduate of Full Sail University, where he earned his degree in Film and Television Production. He first gained recognition with his debut short film, *The Beautiful Wind*, which won the Audience Choice Award at the 2005 New York International Film Festival. His feature thriller, *The Freemason*, starring Sean Astin, garnered him Best Director and Best Film honors at the Comic Con Film Festival.
Mirmont has also worked on two acclaimed documentaries for the BBC, collectively amassing nearly a billion views, further establishing his broad appeal and versatility as a filmmaker.
